At Central West Counselling, we provide a warm, supportive, and confidential environment for mental health support, where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and work towards meaningful personal growth. Hello, I'm Angela, the counsellor behind Central West Counselling.
I believe everyone deserves a safe place to talk, feel heard, and be accepted without judgement. As someone who has personally navigated life with ADHD and Bipolar 1 Disorder, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and how valuable the right support can be.
My own experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and genuine counsellor who is passionate about helping others. I work with children and adolescents experiencing ADHD, relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing.
At Central West Counselling, my aim is simple - to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and practical support as you work towards the life you want to live.
